Generally (with a handful of community exceptions) there is a surplus of inventory on the market and not enough buyers to maintain the home prices that we have been accustomed to. ?In addition to this, despite being on the ?right? side of the transaction?many homebuyers also have homes to sell?which unfortunately brings us back to the original problem.
BUT?There ?is? a positive here, friends!

The fact of the matter is that there have been declining sales (and prices!) in most product types, especially detached homes.? This change in the market has affected most areas of the city (including many of Calgary?s bedroom communities).? There is also higher-than-normal inventory on the market, which, essentially equates to ?more choice? for you!
